Terms of service

Please read these terms of service carefully before commissioning the artist. Commissioning the artist will indicate acceptance by you of all the following terms of service and all details and conditions, including changes or modifications to such terms and conditions in the future.

➤ I do not accept urgent work, such as work that needs to be completed within 3–4 days, because I work quite slowly. This may cause delays in the work, which may drag on for months.➤ You can order a maximum of 2 artworks at one time.➤ After checking the brief, it is expected that the drawing cannot be made, I must reject your commission request.➤ You may not use AI-generated or copyrighted images that can't be used in the work brief.➤ It will take 1-2 weeks for 1 artwork (only regular commissions and commercial work). (Excluding character sheets, work chat time, or waiting to work) It may be faster or take more time. Or it might drag on for a month if I'm busy. It depends on the details of the artwork and other availability (health, accidents, etc.). You will be notified as soon as possible.➤ If I don't update the process, You can still ask me to see the progress of your commission.➤ After transferring money, money will not be refunded in any case. Please think carefully before commissioning me.➤ I will take the work that you commissioned with a watermark and put it in a sample commission and my portfolio. It might be posted on Twitter, Facebook, or Instagram if you don't want it to be posted. Please inform me before starting work.➤ You can tell me the size of the paper that you want me to draw on. If you are not specified, The paper size will be adjusted according to the suitability of the drawing.➤ You will receive the work file in JPG or PNG (a transparent background file; please let me know before starting work). Separately layered PSD files will incur additional costs. Once the job is completed, it will be sent to you via the email provided.➤ I will keep your work files for no more than 3 months. After this time, I will not be able to request new files or edit previously ordered work. I will not be responsible if the client wishes to request corrections or new image files.➤ For commercial use, it is x2 of the normal price. You must inform me of this before starting work every time. "Normal price" is not the final price. It depends on the details of the work.➤ If you upload the picture, please give credit to the artist (@aixxsann)➤ Please do not book for fun or during the run of the previous queue. If it's in your queue and I can't send you a message or can't contact you, The queue will be automatically canceled and put on the blacklist.➤ Or while waiting in the work queue if there is a request to cancel the work queue without reason. I will retain the right to reserve work queues for each round that is open for commission twice or where commission reservations are open. Because it wastes my time and causes other people who may be waiting to make reservations to lose their opportunity. I want you to understand this part as well. If there is an understandable reason and it is a true emergency, we can come talk first.➤ The artist does not provide any service for any AI/NFT-related, racist, or violent purposes.

Working Process

➤ When you send a brief, I will summarize the price from your brief. If you understand and accept the price, you need to transfer money. Full payment, or a 50% up-front deposit, must be made at the signing of the Commission Agreement before the start of work.➤ After agreeing on the details of the work, transfer the money. From there, a sketch will be started, and I will make a rough sketch and a color sketch for you. You can request up to three revisions for free. If there is more than that, the price will be an additional 5 USD each time. If there are corrections to areas that have already been painted, the price will be an additional 7 USD each time.➤ Please transfer money within 3 days after notifying the transfer amount. After 3 days, if you do not transfer money on time, it will be considered as canceling the queue. and after transferring money If there is a case where the client cancels work midway. The amount of money that has been transferred There will be no refunds in any case.

Will & Won't

➤ Commercial use is x2 of the normal price. If it is discovered later that the client has used the image for commercial use other than what was stated, an adjustment will be made x3 of the price of the work previously ordered.➤ Give Away is considered Commercial use in some cases, please do ask beforehand➤ Any usage which will support the sale of any items will also considered Commercial use➤ Types of work other than those in the table above can be further inquiries first.

Commission Price

➤ The above price is only the starting price. The price is up to details. Commercial use is x2 of the normal price. If there are a lot of details, such as outfits, accessories, etc., there will be an additional cost of 10 USD / 1 artwork.➤ Background prices will start at 15 to 20 USD.
followed by the details you want (simple color and gradient color are free )➤ Additional characters cost the same as the normal price.➤ Limit the characters in each job type to no more than 1–3 characters / 1 artwork. If it's more than that, please inquire first.➤ You can request up to 3 revisions for free. If there is more than that, the price will be an additional 5 USD each time. If there are corrections to areas that have already been painted, the price will be an additional 7 USD each time.➤ For the client who requires PSD files or files with separate layers, there will be an additional charge of 5 USD.➤ In addition to drawing, I do not accept or design the alphabet in the picture.➤ If you are unsure about the cost, feel free to ask me to estimate the price from the brief first.
